WOW! What can we say.. we started our journey with Greg Lenac over a year ago THINKING about selling then YEAH we want to sell but not knowing yet when! There were so many little details about us moving that were still up in the air.. and Greg NEVER gave up on us, but stuck with us to the bitter/sweet end of FINALLY making the decision to make the move and sell then actually putting our home on the market! Which by the way SOLD for way more than we expected and was on the market maybe 2 weeks.. so Greg is like family to us now staying with us through all our ups and downs and emotions and the turmoil of my husband retiring after 49 years AND making a move after living here in this home since 1998.. Greg was very knowledgeable, guided us but never told us what we SHOULD do and we appreciated that. He put up with my husband being a curmudgeon at times and me an emotional wreck! He was there to keep us grounded and sane! He always encouraging us keeping the process going smoothly and went above and beyond to help us with moving anything, cleaning up, coming over to explain to ME AGAIN about information on our paperwork that I didn't understand!
