As a Cardiff-by-the-Sea resident, Greg brings firsthand knowledge of the neighborhoods, streets and lifestyle differences that shape North County coastal real estate. He helps clients evaluate more than basic listing information, including walkability, ocean proximity, traffic and freeway noise, lot usability, renovation quality, parking, neighborhood character and long-term resale considerations.
