We met Greg 3 years ago at an open house where he asked us to sign the guest book. Since then I have received a monthly newsletter with helpful Real Estate information and properties he had on on the market. In January Greg was listing a condominium in Oceanside and my husband and I decided it was time for a second home in San Diego since our first grandchild was on the way and our kids live in Cardiff. We asked Greg to represent us and although we did not get the first condo we put an offer on, or the second Greg stayed positive and kept telling us we would find the right place for us.

WOW! What can we say.. we started our journey with Greg Lenac over a year ago THINKING about selling then YEAH we want to sell but not knowing yet when! There were so many little details about us moving that were still up in the air.. and Greg NEVER gave up on us, but stuck with us to the bitter/sweet end of FINALLY making the decision to make the move and sell, then actually putting our home on the market! Which by the way SOLD for way more than we expected and was on the market maybe 2 weeks.. so Greg is like family to us now staying with us through all of our ups and downs and emotions, and the turmoil of my husband retiring after 49 years AND making a move after living here in this home since 1998.. Just awesome! We had such an amazing experience with Greg and will recommend him to anyone looking to buy. We will definitely use him again in the future! He took the time to understand what we were looking for and would go extra lengths for my wife and I. We had newborn twins so there were times we had to see properties twice in one day and switch who saw it. There was np rushing us at all and he coached us into finding out what we really wanted in a house.
