I cannot imagine working with another person. Greg was patient. He told me what I needed to hear, even if I didnt realize it. Additionally, his optimistic and positive attitude is infectious. I can be hard to read sometimes (which we laugh about), but he helped me understand exactly what I wanted by asking questions and actively listening to what I said (or didnt say).
