Greg is an amazing agent who went above and beyond to make sure we sold our house quickly, and helped us to get into our dream home even faster. We presented Greg with a unique challenge: 1) we want to sell before the market falls to get top dollar for a home we invested in for many years. 2) we want to buy a home that would be our forever home - but at a bargain. 3) Oh, and we're going on vacation for 2 weeks. Can you do all that? The answer was YES! I don't recommend doing it the way we did, but we had to move fast and Greg's attention to detail, and yes, even pushing us when we just wanted to relax, enabled us to meet all our goals. He even turned into a cat sitter so that our pet didn't feel scared while we were away and he made sure the contractors didn't leave doors open. We scheduled calls with him while in Italy and even though it was late at night for us, and early morning for him, he responded quickly to ensure that we were always on track with our plan. I would recommend Greg every time. His final act as our agent was to FaceTime with us for the final walk-through to measure closets for potential pantry, and helped us to plan furniture moves. What a great partner!

WOW! What can we say.. we started our journey with Greg Lenac over a year ago THINKING about selling then YEAH we want to sell but not knowing yet when! There were so many little details about us moving that were still up in the air.. and Greg NEVER gave up on us, but stuck with us to the bitter/sweet end of FINALLY making the decision to make the move and sell then actually putting our home on the market! Which by the way SOLD for way more than we expected and was on the market maybe 2 weeks.. so Greg is like family to us now staying with us through all our ups and downs and emotions and the turmoil of my husband retiring after 49 years AND making a move after living here in this home since 1998.. Greg was very knowledgeable, guided us but never told us what we SHOULD do and we appreciated that. He put up with my husband being a curmudgeon at times and me an emotional wreck! He was there to keep us grounded and sane! He always encouraging us keeping the process going smoothly and went above and beyond to help us with moving anything, cleaning up, coming over to explain to ME AGAIN about information on our paperwork that I didn't understand! Greg Lenac is everything a Real Estate agent should be. He has integrity, is honest and will work so hard to find the perfect property for you. We met Greg 3 years ago at an open house where he asked us to sign the guest book. Since then I have received a monthly newsletter with helpful Real Estate information and properties he had on on the market. In January Greg was listing a condominium in Oceanside and my husband and I decided it was time for a second home in San Diego since our first grandchild was on the way and our kids live in Cardiff. We asked Greg to represent us and although we did not get the first condo we put an offer on, or the second Greg stayed positive and kept telling us we would find the right place for us.

If we got discouraged, he offered creative solutions or presented different opportunities that we had not previously considered. He was honest every step of the way, knew how to be gentle with "reality checks", and offered his unbiased opinions on every property.

He was instrumental in working with the listing agents, and is clearly good at building trusting relationships. He told us exactly what we needed to do to be competitive, and worked very well behind the scenes to put us in the best position to get an accepted offer.
