Greg is an amazing agent who went above and beyond to make sure we sold our house quickly, and helped us to get into our dream home even faster. We presented Greg with a unique challenge: 1) we want to sell before the market falls to get top dollar for a home we invested in for many years. 2) we want to buy a home that would be our forever home - but at a bargain. 3) Oh, and we're going on vacation for 2 weeks. Can you do all that? The answer was YES! I don't recommend doing it the way we did, but we had to move fast and Greg's attention to detail, and yes, even pushing us when we just wanted to relax, enabled us to meet all our goals. He even turned into a cat sitter so that our pet didn't feel scared while we were away and he made sure the contractors didn't leave doors open. We scheduled calls with him while in Italy and even though it was late at night for us, and early morning for him, he responded quickly to ensure that we were always on track with our plan. I would recommend Greg every time. His final act as our agent was to FaceTime with us for the final walk-through to measure closets for potential pantry, and helped us to plan furniture moves. What a great partner!
